6th January 2024 from 08:00 am to 11:00 am
- Parents must bring the original documents as well as a copy of the following at the time of document verification
- One Coloured Passport size photo of the child (45mm x 35 mm)
- One Small size — Family photo (10 cm – 6x4)
- Municipal Birth Certificate of the child
- Aadhar Card of father and mother
- Aadhar Card of Child
- Medical Fitness Certificate
